Contact Inquiry Privacy

This policy covers inquiries submitted through the TNR Contact form. Submission is available only when its secure delivery service is configured.

Purpose and information

TNR uses your name, email address, message, optional telephone number, inquiry topic, and contact preference to respond to your inquiry. Please do not include medical, financial, or other sensitive information.

Delivery and protection

TNR uses Resend to deliver inquiries to medi8ing@gmail.com, with an administrative copy to mappingyourmagic@gmail.com. The website runs on the Sites Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers, and the receiving email provider, may process inquiry contents and technical information necessary to deliver and protect messages. The form uses validation, a hidden spam-detection field, rate limiting and same-origin request protection. It does not use CAPTCHA. Information is not sold or used for unsolicited marketing, and may be disclosed when legally required.

Retention

The application does not store message bodies in its database or log inquiry contents. It stores submission IDs, message hashes, acceptance status, timestamps and keyed IP hashes to prevent duplicates and limit abuse. These records expire within 24 hours and are removed when a subsequent valid submission is processed. A same-origin security cookie expires after 30 minutes. Delivered emails remain in the recipient mailboxes until deleted; this website does not automatically delete them. Resend and the receiving email provider may retain messages and delivery records under their own service policies.
